You can do it yourself, hire a contractor or even ask a friend or family member with home improvement experience. However, installation by the professionals will ensure a job done right and satisfaction with your Pella products year after year. You can count on Pella for a highly satisfying installation experience. Pella installation professionals will respect your time and your home, so the installation day is stress-free. The team leader will sit down with you and show you the schedule for that day and answer any questions. Furniture will be moved away from the windows to be replaced and the area will be covered with drop cloths by the installation crew . The team leader will give update you frequently on the progress of the window replacement, but feel free to ask questions. When the job is completed, the replacement team will vacuum the work area, move the furniture back into place and haul your old windows away. Finally, the team leader will demonstrate how to operate and care for your new Pella products, give you a Pella Owner’s Manual, and answer any final questions.
